Windscreen Gasket Material
Windscreen gasket material ideal for windows on Minijet high-profile windscreen assemblies.
This rubber gasket material is designed to work with 1/8 inch thickness aluminum panels, and 1/4 inch thickness lexan or glass window inserts. This gasket material allows the lexan or glass insert to sit outside of the aluminum panel so that it can not be pushed inwards by water, waves, or impacts. Lexan or glass inserts must be cut larger than the mating hole in order to make this gasket work correctly. After installation, the outer lip of this gasket can be folded inward on itself, locking the window inserts into position.
- Minimum recommended distance between edge of glass and edge of body panel = 0.140 inch (glass piece should be 2 x 0.140 inch = 0.280 inch larger than the body panel opening).
- Minimum recommended radius of body panel opening = 2.00 inch
- Suitable for body panel thicknesses from 0.075 inch to 0.140 inch
- Suitable for glass panel thicknesses from 0.1875 inch to 0.250 inch

Minijet Electric Trim Actuator Kit
The Minijet Electric Trim Actuator Kit includes a 12v Electric Linear Actuator, 2 control relays, 6ft Trim Cable, Cable End, Cable Extension, Mounting Plate, Cable Travel Arm, Cable Mounts and Installation Hardware.
This kit will still require Momentary Switches which we sell separately.

Minijet Bilge Pump Mounting Plate
The Minijet bilge pump mounting plate simplifies the mounting and installation of automatic bilge pumps in all compatible Minijet hulls and stringers. The bracket recesses the bilge pump into the stringer cavity, placing the pump pickup at the lowest possible spot in the bilge. Pump mounting holes and are pre-drilled and ready for suitable rivets.
We also offer this mounting plate as part of a complete bilge-pump kit.
Yamaha Engine Mounts
Designed for mounting 1800cc Yamaha engines. These engine mounts are designed to work with common stringer interfaces on all Minijet A2 series hulls. This mount assembly replaces the OEM cast engine mounting brackets that are attached to the engine block, and they allow you to reuse the OEM straight rubber isolator mounts.
Please note, these motor mounts are provided as a tack-welded kit. They are pre-assembled in the correct orientation to work with most engines. You must confirm this orientation and complete the remaining welding work before installing these mounts.Â
Sikaflex – 291 – Marine Sealant
Sikaflex 291 is a professional marine adhesive and sealant used by boat builders around the world. It can be used above and below the waterline, bonds well to metals, woods, and other marine products, and it forms an elastic / vibration resistant bond between components. This grey sealant is also a close color match with surrounding aluminum panels, and it can be sanded and painted to match surrounding areas if required.
We recommend Sikaflex 291 for sealing cable pass throughs, pump adapter plates, and joints between your intake base plate, intake housing, and transom.
Sikaflex 291 is not recommended for use with plastics that are prone to stress cracking (e.g. plexiglass, polycarbonate, etc.)
This product is sold as a 300ml (10.1 fl.oz) tube that is compatible with common caulking guns.
