Description

Our 300+ HP heat exchanger is sized to keep high output Sea-Doo and similar marinized automotive engines cool with pressurized water from your pump without the hassle and risk of going open-loop. Tested up to 325hp this heat exchanger features removable end caps for easy cleaning and winterization, included mounting brackets to allow for easy installation, and appropriate hose fittings to be a direct replacement for the OEM Sea-Doo ride plate.

Plumbing:

2x Glycol 1″ barbed fittings on either end of the shell

2x Lake water 3/4″ barbed fittings on the same end of the shell

Package Contains:

Qty 1 – Heat Exchanger

Qty 2 – Cast aluminum mounts

Qty 2 – Mounting clamps

The bracket recesses the bilge pump into the stringer cavity, placing the pump pickup at the lowest possible spot in the bilge. Pump mounting holes and are pre-drilled and ready for suitable rivets. We also offer this mounting plate as part of a complete bilge-pump kit.
