Minijet 60-270 HP Heat Exchanger

Description

Our 60-270 HP heat exchanger is sized to keep Sea-Doo and similar closed-loop marinized automotive engines cool with pressurized water from your pump without the hassle and risk of going open-loop. This heat exchanger features a drain plug, removable end caps for easy cleaning and winterization, included mounting brackets to allow for easy installation, and 3/4″ NPT Threads to receive the correct hose adapter for your application, making it an easy replacement for the OEM Sea-Doo ride plate.

Plumbing:

2x Glycol 3/4″ NPT ports on either end of the shell

2x Lake water 3/4″ NPT ports on either end of the shell

Qty 2 – Cast aluminum mounts

Qty 2 – Mounting clamps

Please Note:

NPT to hose barb adapters are not included

PTFE tape or other suitable thread sealant must be used when installing NPT fittings

Exercise caution when using NPT elbows or extensions as forces exerted during fitting installation can distort / damage the copper shell
