Leveraging the same ethos as our universally compatible intake housings, our Trimmable Posi Nozzles are universally compatible and ship with the adaptor plate which matches your pump setup. If you ever decide to swap engines or pumps, the body of your nozzle will still be compatible!

- Increased steering and trim angle – maximum of 45 degrees lock-to-lock
- Swappable pump adaptor plates for widespread compatibility and easy re-homing
- Billet machined & hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum body construction for improved strength and wear resistance
- Formed stainless steel arms & machined trim ring for improved durability and rigidity
- Off-the-shelf stainless steel hardware for easy service and replacement – no proprietary hardware
- Pre-configured for standard 1/4″ trim & reverse and 5/16″ steering cable ends – no need to cut off tabs or add new holes
- Reverse system features our over centre linkage built in – preventing unintentional reverse bucket drops or additional fabrication
- Small batch construction and iterative design allows us to make continuous improvements based on customer feedback and offer the best nozzles possible!

Designed specifically for Sea-Doo applications (excl. SPARK), our Minijet Cast Aluminum intakes are at the top of their class, providing a smooth transition and flow path for all water entering your jet pump, with a sturdy base plate that can take the strongest hits in any boat. We take pride in providing our customers with a complete intake kit that fits all donors, all hulls, and solves as many problems as possible in one package.
All Minijet Cast Intake Kits Include:
- QTY 1 Solid cast aluminum base plate / weld-in ring.
- QTY 1 Solid cast aluminum intake housing.
- QTY 1 Driveshaft support to suit your donor PWC equipment.
- QTY 1 Billet CNC machined pump adapter to suit your donor PWC pump.
- QTY 2 Integrated drain plugs in base plate, ready for use at the lowest point in your hull.
- QTY 1 tube of SikaFlex 291 marine grade sealant for final installation.

**Our high-performance upgrade package includes an intake loading plate that evenly distributes water to the impeller. Flow through the intake grate is increased by using thinner 3/16 inch chamfered intake bars, and we re-surface the internal flow path of the intake housing for improved performance. This upgrade is only recommended for high performance engines and pumps above 280HP. Using thinner intake grate bars does present and increased risk of impeller damage from larger debris running through the intake housing.
All of our intakes are also available with pre-welded, and pre-assembled driveshaft interfaces. If you are interested in these services please contact us before placing an order online. We will discuss options and details with you before you commit to a purchase.
