Description
Our custom bypass fittings are CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and black anodized for durable, long lasting sleek look.
These fittings can be used to vent or dump fluids lines out the side of your hull, and they are available in a number of sizes that suit common hose diameters (1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″).

Heat exchanger for closed cooled Seadoo and small car motors. End caps are removable for easy winterizing and for cleaning out debris. Each end cap can be rotated and fastened in multiple orientations at 90 degree intervals to facilitate optimal hose management.
Glycol flows through 2 center fittings (1 inch hose size on Sea-Doo’s)
Lakewater flows through two brass end caps (3/4 inch hose size on Sea-Doo’s)
Fittings included are:
2x 3/4 inch NPT to 1 inch barb
2x 3/4 inch NPT to 3/4 inch barb
Blower Hose (3in diameter, 4ft length)

HD Battery Retainer Strap Pair
Much stronger and slightly shorter than OEM straps which takes away the slack when using aftermarket batteries. 10 inches total length (hook to hook).
These straps can be added to the Minijet Battery Box incase your donor PWC does not have OEM straps to use.

Minijet Bilge Pump Mounting Plate
The Minijet bilge pump mounting plate simplifies the mounting and installation of automatic bilge pumps in all compatible Minijet hulls and stringers. The bracket recesses the bilge pump into the stringer cavity, placing the pump pickup at the lowest possible spot in the bilge. Pump mounting holes and are pre-drilled and ready for suitable rivets.
We also offer this mounting plate as part of a complete bilge-pump kit.
