Founded by Jamie Greenfield in 2014, Minijet Inc. is a trailblazer in the Minijet boating industry. Our mission is clear: we design, manufacture, and sell high-quality custom jet boats, DIY jet boat kits, and jet boating parts. We champion minijet boating, and we try to make it accessible to all. Our global reach brings our innovative products to boating enthusiasts worldwide, and our commitment to quality and purpose-built design sets us apart from our competitors.

Based In Tiffin, Ohio, USA, River Rat Jet boats is our trusted distributor for our A2 Series DIY kits, and our complete range of components.
Angevaare Motorsports
We supply welded hulls to Angevaare Motorsports as the basis for their Jitterbug boats. The team at Angevaare turn these hulls into turn key boats with your choice of engines, colours, and options.
OUR HISTORY
We’ve been designing, building, testing and refining our boats since 2012 / 2013. The best way to following our journey is by following the evolution of our boats over the years!
Squirt Series
The Squirt was available between 2012 and 2018. It had 5 revisions with subtle visual differences between each. It was mainly available in 10, 11 and 12ft lengths but there was also a few custom sizes produced with various modifications. It was available as plans, kit and turn key.
There are still a large number of Squirt builds running around on rivers around the world, and its not uncommon to see new builds popping up for sale in the used market!

Slingshot Series
The Slingshot was made between 2015 and 2018. It was available in 13 and 14ft lengths. There are some custom variations out there too.

Avenger series
The Avenger was built between 2016 and 2020. The Avenger series was available as a; DIY kit, welded hull, or complete turn key boat.
The Avenger series was available in 10ft, 11ft, and 12ft lengths, and there were a few custom sizes produced with various modifications.
The Avenger series suited a wide variety of; engines, customer applications, and climates. With a global reach there is a very good chance that there is an Avenger on the river near you!

jumbo jet Series
The Minijet Jumbo Jet was the largest boat in our model lineup from 2017 to 2023. At 17ft in overall length, this boat stretches the limits of what is possible in a Minijet boat, and it is a handful on the water. With a long list of customizations and options on each boat built, every Jumbo Jet is a unique work of art.
The Minijet Jumbo Jet served as a great research and development platform for many of our projects. We also took everything that we learned from the Jumbo Jet and used it to develop our new Minijet Defender model!
