Steering Wheel

Helm
Two JBS steering helm options to choose from, tilting or non-tilting.
Steering Hub Adapter
You can purchase 3 hole hub for Batwing Wheel or the 6 hole bolt pattern – 6x70mm for the Round Wheel.
Steering Cable
Choose a steering length cable that is suitable for your boat. This length is often 2ft longer than your overall hull length (i.e. an 11ft boat uses a 13ft long steering cable).
Steering Cable End
Add a threaded steering cable end to connect this cable to a steering nozzle. Thread size: 5/16″ – 24 UNF female thread.
Steering Cable Extension
A threaded steering cable extension may be required to bridge the distance between the steering cable and jet nozzle. This add-on kit includes a 5/16″ – 24 UNF – 4 inch length piece of threaded rod with a coupling nut and 2 jam nuts.
Cable Seal
Cable Seals can prevent water ingress of the sheathing of the cables. Water inside the cables can possibly cause early failure or possible seizures in freezing temperatures.

Minijet Steering Helm
The Minijet steering helm is made in house and features a short steering ratio with 90 degrees of rotation between the integrated steering end stops. This quick ratio allows for quick and agile maneuvering, without having to take your hand off the wheel when turning.
The Minijet steering helm can be configured to suit left or right side driving positions, and will work with all PWC and aftermarket jet nozzles. The steering column can also be adjusted forward and aft to suit different driver positions.

JBS Tilt Steering Helm
The JBS tilting steering helm offers an adjustable steering wheel position. This helm can tilt the steering wheel 42 degrees upwards, and 6 degrees downward for different drivers.
Our JBS tilt steering helm provides 135 degree of steering wheel angle between the steering travel stops. Our JBS tilt steering helm will require a steering wheel hub adapter (3 hole adapter for Batwing style steering wheel or 6 hole for a round wheel)
